Why is it that “vexation can be wisdom, and illness can be a blessing”? Master explains: “When we are ill, we will put down everything… because we are in great pain, and thus our original Self is revealed. When we don’t care about anything anymore, it is very easy to contact our original Self. When we can completely renounce the world, we are very close to the Tao, or the force of Creation. That is why we can save ourselves.” Master also elaborates on the importance and physical effect of reciting the Five Holy Names, and the incredible benefit of practicing the Quan Yin Method. She also explains why some people failed to find any wisdom after chanting the sutras for several decades, and tells us how to distinguish between the false and the true inner Master. |
