Supreme Master Ching Hai reminded all international Association members to consider that everything we use belongs to the whole world and is part of the world's resources. We should be ever mindful of all the effort that has been put into whatever we use and the resources that must be consumed to give us a comfortable life. So the less we spend of these resources, the better.

Supreme Master also advised Association members to listen to older recordings so that the mind understands a little bit more about theory. If we practice what is spoken of in all these recordings, that would be enough to live on. Make the theory into our nature, into our way of life.
