Ok,
when you sit or you meditate, whenever you can concentrate you
concentrate. If you cannot, then well, wait until you can, ok?
Keep trying, trying just like when you practice riding the bicycle,
ok? Nobody is successful so quick, yeah? All of you, as a general
guide, if you don’t see much light, if you don’t
hear much sound, it’s because of a lack of concentration,
that’s number one, but nevertheless, if your heart is
still sincere and you just sit there, even then you cannot concentrate,
it counts, okay? It counts. And even if you don’t see
much experience because of whatever, yeah karma, concentration
and influence from the environment, or stress from job, yeah,
emotional problem, it doesn’t matter, as long as your
life changed, yeah? You feel more peace, more calm, more loving.
That is the progress. |

It
is your great Self awakened, and knowing that it's good. Okay?Don't
worry about the ego, it will go with time, and it will be the
last one to go. Because also, without ego, you wouldn't want
to, even live in this world, you know, or do anything at all.
So in a way, he just, he's pushing also. But never try to listen
to him for credit or for fame and glory or all those kind of
things. Whenever you can concentrate, you concentrate. You feel
more peaceful, more calm, more loving, that is the progress,
and that is more valuable than even the Light and the Sound. |
