In Cancun, where several spiritual blessing lines cross, Supreme Master Ching Hai speaks of the benefits to our body of eating fruits.  She says that fruits are more acceptable to our body's defense system than vegetables and helpful to us to move more easily toward breatharian.  She especially emphasizes we should always listen to the demands of our body, and should not go extreme and change too fast, more safely allowing the body more time to adjust.

The Supreme Master reveals that the simpler we eat, the healthier our bodies are, and She also says that deep breathing can get extra nutrition and energy.  We should breathe in and out slowly every day as much as we can and make it a habit, and do it more, especially before meditation.  Deep breathing, meditation and simple food will make us feel better.
